Swaziland Orphaned and Vulnerable Children Grant

This report has been submitted in accordance with Section 207 (5) of the Constitution of Swaziland. The operational independence of my office enables me to perform my tasks without being under undue influence and control of any person or authority. The legislation has broadened the scope of audits conducted in my office by mandating me to carry out Performance Audits, Special Investigations and Environmental Audits in addition to the normal Regularity Audits.
